CapiTasks è un'app di cose da fare per Android, Windows e web. Questa pagina spiega quali dati tratta, perché e come cancellarli. Domande: capitasks@gmail.com.
Senza account
L'app funziona anche senza account: i task restano sul dispositivo. Per sincronizzare o condividere, l'app crea un'identità anonima sul server, senza email né nome: solo i task che scrivi e un identificativo del dispositivo.
Dati che trattiamo
- Contenuti: titoli, note, scadenze, colori e ordine dei tuoi task, per sincronizzarli fra i tuoi dispositivi e con chi riceve un tuo link.
- Account (solo se lo crei): email, nome mostrato, password conservata solo come impronta crittografica; se accedi con Google o Microsoft, l'identificativo e l'email che il provider ci comunica.
- Dispositivi: nome e tipo dei dispositivi collegati, data dell'ultimo collegamento. Ogni dispositivo ha un token che resta sul dispositivo: al server arriva solo la sua impronta.
- Dati tecnici: l'indirizzo IP è usato al momento per limitare gli abusi e può comparire nei log tecnici del server, conservati per poco tempo.
Cosa non facciamo
Niente pubblicità, niente profilazione, niente strumenti di analisi o tracciamento di terze parti. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a nessuno.
Permessi dell'app
- Notifiche e sveglie: per i promemoria, programmati sul dispositivo.
- Fotocamera: solo per leggere il codice QR quando colleghi un dispositivo; l'immagine non lascia il telefono.
Dove stanno i dati
Su un server in Italia (Unione Europea). Le comunicazioni sono cifrate (HTTPS). Google e Microsoft ricevono dati solo se scegli di accedere con loro, secondo le loro informative.
Condivisione
Chi riceve un tuo link vede e può spuntare o aggiungere voci a quel task e ai suoi sotto-task, finché non revochi il link.
Conservazione e cancellazione
I dati restano finché usi il servizio. Puoi eliminare l'account e tutti i suoi dati in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Account → Elimina l'account); le istruzioni sono anche su capitasks.app/elimina-account. Le identità anonime inattive da sei mesi, senza link condivisi, vengono cancellate automaticamente.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione o portabilità dei tuoi dati scrivendo a capitasks@gmail.com, e presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Minori
CapiTasks non è rivolta ai bambini e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori di 14 anni.

Without an account
The app works without an account: your tasks stay on the device. To sync or share, the app creates an anonymous identity on the server, with no email or name: only the tasks you write and a device identifier.
Data we handle
- Content: titles, notes, due dates, colours and order of your tasks, to sync them across your devices and with people who receive one of your links.
- Account (only if you create one): email, display name, password stored only as a cryptographic hash; if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the identifier and email the provider sends us.
- Devices: name and type of linked devices, last time they connected. Each device has a token that stays on the device: the server only receives its hash.
- Technical data: your IP address is used on the fly to limit abuse and may appear in the server's technical logs, kept for a short time.
What we don't do
No ads, no profiling, no third-party analytics or tracking. Your data is never sold or handed over to anyone.
App permissions
- Notifications and alarms: for reminders, scheduled on the device.
- Camera: only to read the QR code when you link a device; the image never leaves the phone.
Where data is stored
On a server in Italy (European Union). Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Google and Microsoft receive data only if you choose to sign in with them, under their own policies.
Sharing
People who receive one of your links can see that task and its subtasks, tick them off or add items, until you revoke the link.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept as long as you use the service. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from the app (Account → Delete account); instructions are also at capitasks.app/elimina-account. Anonymous identities inactive for six months, with no shared links, are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data by writing to capitasks@gmail.com, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
CapiTasks is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top says so.
